RARE EARLY ABEL STREETER 1855 PATENT BRACE

Very early US patent brace. Stamped 'STREETER SHELBURNE FALLS, MA' and also 'PATD JAN 23 1855 & MARCH 31 1867' Very good overall condition. The head is loose but intact. The locking screw may or may not be original as I cannot find an example to compare it to. Very clean.
