Cummins' Initial Machine patented in 1892. These were used to punch initials on the inside sweat bands of early leather and felt hats. Spins and punches freely. Stamped "B 10" under the wheel. Gorgeous pinstriping mostly intact. Excellent 'uncleaned' as found condition.
