FINE UNCOMMON E. A. STEARNS & CO NO. 9 CALIPER RULE

A scarce rule as far as I can discern. Very clean and with some original lacquer on the brass. Closes tightly with no visible gap. Both pins fine and present. Uncleaned as found. A few spots of minimal 'toolbox' scratching and a small (hang?) hole. Exceptional otherwise.
