FINE TYPE 1 STANLEY NO. 48 TONGUE & GROOVE PLANE

Superb condition with 85% original shiny japanning. Patent date embossed on the side. Original finish on the brass and great rosewood. CAF stamped on top of the knob. Will glow with a cleaning. As found...One of my all time favourite Stanley planes.
