STANLEY NO. S5 STEEL HAND PLANE

Beautiful rosewood tote! Earlier riveted body. 98% japanning. Some pitting around the mouth but definitely an above average example as these were very prone to rusting and losing their japanning. Iron must be a replacement as it should be a sweetheart. I just noticed a partial tight hairline in the base of the handle which does not go all the way around.
