VERY UNUSUAL TWIST CAM LOCK AUGER 'T' HANDLE

Beautifully made with brass end caps. The handles unscrew from each other to loosen and insert the bit. There is a moving collar inside that helps to position and lock the bit. About 13 1/2" long. No markings or maker's stamp that I can see.
