FINE STANLEY NO. 444 DOVETAIL PLANE IN ORIG SWEETHEART BOX

Spotless plane that has been well protected by the box. Box is solid with 98% intact label and original illustrated label on the underside of the lid. Plane itself is very shiny and has all four cutters and the other parts as shown in the photos. The original booklet is in four individual pieces and I have included a reprint. The box and the booklet both have the sweetheart logo and the plane itself is the script logo variation. Also included is a bill of sale from Iron Horse Antiques in 1984. The plane is very shiny so may have been renickeled? But it looks beautiful and was very well done if it was.
