PRISTINE EARLY TYPE STANLEY NO 10 RABBET PLANE - TYPE 6A

What a beauty. The finest early 10 I have owned and an unblemished type 6A. The gorgeous original rosewood tote is pretty much flawless including retaining the original factory chamfer on the top edge. The blade appears full length noting that is has the earlier small letter 1892 patent date on it and the L Bailey patent information on the cap. The brass nut also has Bailey's name and patent info as per John Walter's type study. Japanning is 98% plus. This will positively glow with a light cleaning. Barely used. Top shelf!
