VERY EARLY YANKEE YELLOW BIRCH PLOW PLANE - 18th CENTURY

Two stamps on the toe. One very early W•A embossed and the other incuse EWA which is also on the rear. The plane measures exactly 10" long and has an early style dark wedge. Also has inlaid iron diamonds riveting defence to the arms. Excellent early example.
