RARE & UNIQUE 'MECHANISMS PATENT" BRASS RABBET PLANE

I could only find one other example online and this one is in much better condition. No information available on the manufacturer. Very likely made in a small batch single production. Original red paint intact inside and some  original black paint on the cap. Hefty. Fine condition. Better than in photos and will glow with a polish....
