SPIERS AYR NO. 7A HANDLED DOVETAILED COFFIN SMOOTH PLANE

Total length of 9". Excellent parallel THOS. IBBOTSON iron. Lovely rosewood infill. Clean sound condition. SPIERS AYR stamped upside down on the screw cap. Dovetailed body is very clean. Chipping at the tip of the handle. Strike button was sheared and rough so I sanded down the front bun to restore. Great worker with a fine mouth. The wood could be easily restored on the tote tip...
