WONDERFUL TIMBER MARKING HAMMER WITH PROVENANCE

Weighs 2 lb 12 oz. This came directly from an elderly former employee of the CANADIAN CREOSOTE COMPANY (CCC). After his retirement and later again after the plant closed down they gifted him this hammer which had been one of his working hammers. It was for marking poles. The 'J' stands for Jack pine and the 3 for the size designation. The 'R' stands for Red pine and the same size 3. Outstanding hammer in fine condition. He himself replaced the handle.
