RARE 1870s J FREDERICK LAWTON ST. JOHN NEW BRUNSWICK HAND SAW - 26", 5 TPI

Great stamp on the blade and has survived 150 years. The stamp reads J FREDERICK LAWTON and he worked ca 1864-65. This is the first New Brunswick made saw I have ever seen and I spent many years buying tools on the east coast of Canada. Rare indeed.
