O.W. Bullock & Company. Bullock & Co. was a toolmaker based in Springfield, Massachusetts. He was listed in the 1888 through 1891 Springfield city directories and according to 'The Directory of American Toolmakers' by Robert Nelson, was in business from 1882 to 1905.
