UNUSUAL 1883 PATENT DOUBLE SPEED DIAL INDICATOR

Unusual indicator I have not seen before. Both sides record speed at different rates. Stamped with the patent date of July 31 1883 but no maker's mark. Works well. Will glow with a cleaning.
