Beautifully crafted tool. Heavy iron with chrome plating, it just feels stout! It works perfectly and even has a built in ink pad. About 6 1/2" tall. It is uncleaned as found and will glow with a light cleaning. Based off of Edwin G. Bates 'Automatic Numbering Machine' patent.
