VERY RARE BOSTON METALLIC PATENTED JACK PLANE

One of my all time favourite patented planes with the cutout sole to reduce friction. All original parts are intact. Lovely decorative screw cap with a unique shield shape. Beautiful front knob. Great condition but noting that the handle tip is dinged and the back left side has two adjacent cracks.
