CA 1860 WHEELER MADDIN & CLEMSON NO. 27 CROSSCUT SAW - SHARP!

Just professionally sharpened and ready to work. 10 TPI and about a 27" cutting edge. Little used. Raised brass nuts over handle plates.  Excellent overall condition noting a tote tip repair by the previous owner and one missing tooth close to the tip.

Wheeler Madden & Clemson worked from 1860 to 1893. Preceded by Wheeler Madden & Bakewell from 1853 to 60. This company along with others operated out of Monhagen Saw Works in Middletown, CT.
