EARLY KELLY REGISTERED AXE 28762 WITH DEEP CLEAR ETCH

Just found in a multi-generational family workshop. 3 lb 4.4 oz head. Deep crisp stamps. Is amongst the earliest (lowest) numbers that have appeared online in the last few years. Likely ca 1913-1915. Fine etching and overall decent condition and I have debated long and hard about restoring the edge and poll but decided to leave that up to the buyer. Very restoreable or leave as is if you like them as found.

Stamp reads, 'TRUE TEMPER KELLY WORKS' / 'KELLY REGISTERED AXE' / 'No. 28762'.
