"SOLD BY OSCAR GOVE HAVERHILL MASS" stamped on the cover. I found this reference online: Oscar C Gove 1843–1908 born in Newcastle, Lincoln County, Maine and died in Lynn, Massachusetts. Lived in Haverhill in the late 1800s with his wife Sarah.
