SOLID SILVER COMBINATION RULE, PENCIL, PEN - EARLY 20TH C

Metric and imperial graduations. Beautiful finials. Both ends pull out and one is a mechanical pencil (has lead holder). The other holds an ink nib. Total length is 10 1/2". No makers mark that I can see.  Fascinating piece stamped '925'. Fine, uncleaned condition with no damage.
