Total length measures 8". Hollow ground blade is 4 1/2". Resembles hunting knives used in Tibet from the 19th- 20th century in both appearance and material construction. The sheath is metal and lined with wood. There is also an extra cavity which holds another brass implement somewhat akin to tweezers? Very unusual. I don't know the history of this knife so cannot provide much more information. Please look closely at the photos. Handle material could be bone or ivory?
**All edge tools may need to be sharpened/honed before use**
