RARE AND VERY EARLY RED VERITAS JOINTER EDGER

Excellent condition. For the Veritas collector. This below from Lee Valley customer service when we inquired about it:

"According to our chairman, the red tool is indeed an early version of our jointer/edger 05M0701. It is a very early tool, produced before production standards (color, labeling, etc.) were implemented. According to him it is among the first 10 tools ever produced by Veritas. I’ve been involved for 32 years, and I’ve never seen it before."
