LOVELY MOULSON BROS. BRASS BACK TENON / DOVETAIL SAW - 10" 16 TPI

Straight as a die and cuts well. Stamped "MOULSON BROTHERS M.B. SHEFFIELD CAST STEEL" on the brass back. According to British Saws & Saw Makers c. 1660 by Simon Barley, this stamp is dated circa 1890. Features early split nut with open handle. Top tote tip has been slightly shortened. Blade guard included.
