Model B3.10 desk rule. One long beveled brass edge for tearing paper with a concave bottom to prevent smudging. The two smaller edges were for marking lines between dollars and cents in ledgers. Fine overall condition noting a 1 3/4" x 1/8" section taken off top edge as seen in photos. A very uncommon and cool early patented rule.
