NOS THREE RIVERS TOOLWORKS BRASS PRECISION SANDING BLOCK - PAUL HAMLER

These were just recently produced in a very small batch by fine toolmaker Tom Vitagliano of Woodbury Connecticut with permission from Paul Hamler who designed them originally. Tom is an exceptional craftsman who has produced exquisite infill planes and other tools in very very limited quantities. This is a rare opportunity to own one of his pieces.
