A real beauty which I have personally restored back to its original glory. It was very very grubby when I bought it to the point that the decal was barely visible. But I could see that underneath the grime it was in superb condition with beautiful rosewood, crisp knurling on the adjuster, a flawless lever cap, and a sharp square mouth. The tip of the tote is fine (unlike most) and its grain is lovely. The decal is about 35% intact and the sweetheart logo on the iron is clear and clean. The only 'detractions' are a tiny 1/16" x 1/8" chip at the base of the front knob and the two little "blisters" adjacent to it as shown in the photo, and the brass nuts for the handle and knob which both had a touch of screwdriver dinging. These are getting so hard to find now and especially in this condition...top shelf.
