Gorgeous W. C. Bailey stamp. He founded Sag Harbor Tool Co. This would predate the company's founding as this stamp isn't consistent with Sag Harbor Tool Co's line of Bailey tools which would've been stamped simply "BAILEY and SAG HARBOR TOOL CO" as shown in this 1895 catalog. Superb condition.
