Pre Goodell Pratt. Pat NOV 17 1891 GOODELL BROTHERS GREENFIELD stamped just below the top cap. Has a ball bearing release to rotate the cap to access the bit storage (none present). Top handle can also be moved to right angle on the side of the frame. Great user.
