SUPERB 19th C SIGNED SURGEON'S TOURNIQUET STRAP CLAMP

This is a tourniquet from a surgeon's amputation set. Found with the other two listed separately but this one is stamped STEVENS & SON. It is also made with finer detail as the bases are screwed not riveted and the frame is more delicate.
