This is the entirety of Norton's Hard Translucent Arkansas 800-Series Abrasive Files. These were found together unused in their original plastic sleeves. For only the most serious machinist work. 

Used by mechanics and tool and die makers to impart the correct edges in their work, but could have a wide variety of sharpening applications. Made in USA.
