VERY RARE NORRIS / 'BUCK TOTTENHAM COURT RD.' THUMB PLANE

Clearly stamped 'BUCK TOTCOURT RD' on the lever cap. Measures 5" long by 1 9/16" wide. '7' stamped on the underside of the original iron. Excellent condition noting some wear along the top edge of the brass thumb screw and some slight peining at the top of the iron. Please review the photos. Mouth has not been altered. A stunning, rare and beautiful plane. I believe this to be made by NORRIS ca 1910 as I have seen one identical that is documented as a Norris No 31 but branded BUCK with the exact same markings on the cap.
