LOVELY EARLY JEWELLER'S HANDHELD VISE & TAP PLATE

Both measure about 7". The jaws on the jeweller's vise are 1". The original wing nut seems to have been replaced with a standard nut. Handle on the vise appears to be mahogany or rosewood with brass ferrule.
