VERY UNCOMMON SARGENT VBM NO. 5307 BLOCK PLANE

Good early Sargent knuckle joint plane. 100% original and in excellent uncleaned condition noting a tiny 1/16" gap at the mouth to one side as seen in the 2nd photo (this may be a factory casting flaw).  Clearly stamped with the Sargent 'VBM' logo on the iron.
