New ash handle and heavy iron ferrule. Canted to keep the handle clear of the workpiece. Wonderful beavertail shape with the tapered spine. Fabulous user or collector tool. CAMPBELL BROS stamped twice. They were a fine Saint John New Brunswick edge tool maker renowned for their axes, chisels, and slicks. 24 3/4" in total length.
