SUPERB JONATHAN CROOKES "PISTOL HEART" ROSEWOOD HANDLED BUTCHER KNIFE

10 1/2" long with a 6" cutting edge. Very fine overall condition especially for its age (much nicer than the pictures convey!). Lovely maker's stamp. This trademark was registered in 1780 and saw continued use until about 1900. Rosewood handle excellent and with good edges. NOT as dark as in first pic. 3rd pic represents the blade more accurately. A very good knife. Also listing two other very similar knives found with this one.
