FABULOUS BRASS AND STEEL CRAFTSMAN-MADE SAW FILER JOINTER

I absolutely love this piece. It's very well made, graphic and detailed. The tapered steel plate on the front has many decorative touchmarks. The lock nuts are brass and steel. The two 'wear plates' are brass and riveted to the main brass frame with copper rivets. The main brass frame top pieces are rounded on one side and beveled on the other. I've never seen anything like this and will be listing a similar one soon that I found with this one. Top shelf in the logging / sawing tool section of your collection.
