This is a mahogany and brass pill maker used by chemists to mold ingredients into pills. They typically consist of two parts, a board and a roller. This is the roller. It would fit over the sides of the board, and has wheels to enable it to roll backwards and forwards. I don't have the board. Very nice overall condition with a chip on one side in the mahogany. No name I can see. If you have the board this completes it.
