SCARCE E. C. EMMERICH NO. 241 'HALBLANGHOBEL' JACK PLANE - 17"

Long, long discontinued. This variant of the No. 241 'Semi-Long Plane' is 17" long with a 2 1/4" wide 'double iron' cutter. Red beech construction. 

Advertised in the 1952 ECE catalog as one of their models made for international export. Hard pressed to find this nowadays. A rare opportunity.
