VERY UNUSUAL BRASS AND HORN (?) SMALL SAILORS FID

 Found it in Nova Scotia, this exquisite little tool appears to be made with cow horn and brass. Not 100% sure that its horn, but its got a great look. Likely a fid or marlin spike like tool used for repairing fishing nets.
