18TH C I.SYM COMPLEX MOLDING PLANE

John Sym began his working career in 1753 in Westminster, England and worked through the second half of the 18th century. This plane measures 9 3/4" x 2 1/2" overall and has very wide flat chamfers. Overall condition is good with some minor checking on the toe, heel, and top. Wedge is in superb condition. A great early plane.
